Personally, I have only wonderful, happy, kind, sweet, lovely, and thoughtful words that make their way from my head and heart to my mouth. It\u2019s my<\/i> evil twin<\/i> who seems to have some difficulties! Sometimes she says things she regrets; sometimes things just slip out \u2013 things she says she didn\u2019t mean, and sometimes she wants to blame it on someone else for making her say things.<\/p>\n

Wouldn\u2019t it be great if we could all blame someone else (like an evil twin) for saying the wrong things in the wrong way at the wrong time?<\/b> I wish I had only happy, kind, and wonderful thoughts that then came out of my mouth, but the truth is I don\u2019t, and I have no one to blame but myself when \u201cthose\u201d words come out.<\/p>\n

Shouldn\u2019t it just be OK to \u201clet it out\u201d whenever we want to; just say what\u2019s on our mind; give everyone a piece of what we\u2019re thinking? <\/b>While the bible says we can\u2019t tame the tongue (James 3:8-9) it does matter what we say because when we put the shoe on the other foot and are at the end of harsh words, we don\u2019t like it.<\/p>\n

There is a solution! I\u2019ve learned that:<\/p>\n
